IMPORTANT: If you know that you will NOT be able to attend
this year's 2009 RCM Tournament, it is critical that you
let the Committee know this so that your spot can be freed
up for another lucky fella. To RSVP a NO, select No on
the application form and make sure to provide your contact
information for our records.

Registering for this year's 2011 RCM is as easy as 1-2-3:
1. Select your name from the list, fill out ALL of the
information on the online application form, and click Submit.

is correct, then send that page with $300 to:

The 18th Annual “RCM” Roger Clark Memorial Golf Tournament
* May 15th – 17th 2009
* 9:00 AM Tee Times Fri & Sat
Skins / Two-man scramble

Tournament Schedule:
• 9:00 AM Friday consecutive tee times (individual play)
• 3:00 PM Check-In at the Hilton on Friday (after golf)
• 7:00 PM pizza & bowling Friday night
• 9:00 AM Saturday consecutive tee times (2-man scramble)
• 7:00 PM Awards dinner Saturday night at the Hilton
• 11:00 AM Sunday check-out - go home
2009 Tournament Package:
• 2 nights lodgings at the Hilton May 15th – 17th (Double Ocpcy)
• 2 rounds of golf – Fri, & Sat. 15th – 16th. (replays $10, you pay)
• Range Balls at a discount
• 6 drink coupons to use on the course
• Bowling & Pizza Fri 15th
• Awards Banquet - Saturday
• Chance to win prizes and “The Jacket”
• Cool RCM shirt (first 40 entry’s only)
All this for ONLY $300.00.

2) "Click" on "Tourney Signup"
3) "Click" on "Click here for the on-line application form"
4) Complete the form (email and print it)
5) Mail in the form with your check
(if your name is not on the menu blame Dan Kraft, but please go ahead and print it and mail it in with your check).
Check the site periodically for Information & Updates to see how things are progressing. You will get a "Pre-Tournament" package VIA EMAIL OR FAX about a week before the tournament with room assignments and Friday Tournament Pairing Information. We'll see you there!
